RE: Brian Baumgartner (Kevin Malone) Coming to Scranton Memorial Day Weekend!
We have some exciting news to share with everyone! We're pleased to announce that Brian Baumgartner (Kevin Malone on The Office) will be joining us on Saturday, May 29 as a guest speaker for the tour. Brian last came to Scranton in 2008 to film an anti-littering public service announcement with Mayor Chris Doherty. In 2007, he participated in The Office Convention, and a few months before that he made a visit with co-star Angela Kinsey to announce the Convention.
Unfortunately, if you're not one of the folks who reserved a seat – we're afraid you have missed the bus. The May 29 tour is Sold Out!
Response to The Office Fan Tour has been tremendous so far in 2010. Last year, we were pleased to welcome fans from Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, Alabama, California, Colorado, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island - even Ontario and Quebec. The Basics:
Tickets: Over 21 years (Yuengling Lager included in ticket price): $45, Under 21 years: $35
When: Noon to 4 p.m. See schedule below.
Where: The tour kicks off at The Vintage Theater - 119 Penn Ave (across from The Mall at Steamtown) in Downtown Scranton.
How Long:Four hour tour (from noon 'til 4 p.m.)
How Much: $45 for adults - $35 under 21 yrs
Tickets include: Transportation around Scranton, lively tour guides, history of the city, stories from cast appearances, food and drinks at Coopers, drinks at Poor Richard's Pub, and even a gift bag featuring a few Dunder Mifflin items from the NBC store.
